Senna

Senna is a scout and hunter of the Saltwood druid circle. The party had seen her once before without knowing her name: she was the archer loosing arrows from a pine during the fight with the blighted elk, never named or spoken to that day. Bracken introduced her afterward and set her to guide the party north through the blighted coast to the edge of the Works.

She is lean and watchful, moves through the pines without a sound, and reads ground and weather more easily than people. She led the party through the worsening blight, picked out a safer line across the fouled tide-flats, and got them all the way to the Works' loading door — but she would not go inside, and no persuasion moved her on it. When the party chose to slip past a patrol of the Works' machines rather than fight, she went with them quietly to the threshold and then turned back for the Saltwood. The druids don't go there, she told them, and this place least of all. Whatever it is she feels about the machine-place, it runs deeper than words.
